Néctar’s Guacamole & Chips

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Avocados
  • 30gm Purple onion
  • 30gm Tomato
  • 20gm Cilantro
  • 1 Lemon (juice)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mash the avocados
  2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, cilantro and mix with all other ingredients.

 

SERVING DIRECTIONS:

Serve accompanied with tortilla chips and a refreshing drink (Strawberry Mojito or a Billy Brown perhaps?)
