Cleanse Smoothie

Smoothies are a staple of our diet at Florblanca.

They are an amazing way to pack in nutrient dense fruits, leafy greens, and herbs with boosts of minerals and vitamins like chia seeds or bee pollen.  Once you have the ingredients for your smoothie prepped and ready, it is a fast and delicious meal.


With our spotlight on awareness this month, we thought that the Nectar Cleanse Smoothie is the perfect recipe to share today.  With a kick of fresh ginger, it’s sure to boost your focus and help you feel energized.

Nectar’s Cleanse Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • ½ Diced pineapple
  • 1 tbsp Diced ginger
  • 1 Celery twig
  • ½ cup Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup ice
Directions:

Add all ingredients into blender, blend. Add water based on thickness desired.

Serving Directions:

Serve in a chilled glass, garnish with an orange slice, and enjoy!
